Getting Started with ITonDemand
There are two documents located below. The first a one page “Cheat Sheet” for how to contact ITonDemand Support so that we can begin to work with your team on addressing their requests.
The second document is meant to help you better understand what to expect during the on-boarding process, providing a detailed outline to assist in gathering the necessary information to start things off right, and help answer some frequently asked questions. Please take some time to review both of these documents and reach out to your account manager with any questions.
Here are the steps you need to follow to get started:
Download the Employee HelpDesk Cheat Sheet and distribute to your employees. This provides basic information for your employees so that they know how to contact us for assistance.
Download the ITonDemand Service Getting Started Guide and keep it handy. This short guide outlines the process and provides a check list to help you remember what has been completed so far in the onboarding process. There is specific information that we ask for in this document. Once you have had a chance to read through it and gather your questions, we can set up a time for discussion over the phone or in person to make sure your questions are answered.
