Our 8-Point Assessment
Network Design Audit
We will review the current network design and provide a visual map of the network. We identify network scalability, efficiency, performance, bottlenecks, and single points of failures recommended for remediation.
Wireless Infrastructure Audit
A site survey will be completed, reviewing AP deployments, security, as well as identify signal strength and interference zones.
Disaster Recovery Plan
We will review the infrastructure used for maintaining recovery from data loss or enabling continuity of business activities. This includes auditing tools, software, servers, and processes for ensuring timely disaster recovery.
Cloud Infrastructure Review
We help businesses onboard with various cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Included in this review is the cloud infrastructure and internal critical business system configurations and Line of Business applications that have not moved to a cloud deployment.
Active Directory Review
We will ensure the environment employs a logical and properly implemented Active Directory. This includes a review of domain controllers, topology, users, groups, policies, and DNS. Active Directory puts you in control.
Device and Server Health
We will provide a temporary agent that audits your device health. This includes drive space, critical patch levels, operating system compliancy, warranty information, and system configuration.
Security and Compliance Audit
The audit includes looking at all security tools and processes (firewalls, logging access, etc). In addition, the compliance requirements process for PII, PCI, HIPAA, FERPA, and COPPA will be reviewed as necessary.
Business Objectives Alignment
Once the information above has been gathered and analyzed we will work with leadership your key team members to ensure that your IT infrastructure is aligned with executive direction and future vision.
