First we make sure things are configured properly! When we first go into an environment and hear of the horror stories, where people are getting kicked off of their computers 2, 3, or even 4 times every day; or they
tell us that it common for them to have to reset their Blackberry devices on a regular basis; or there is some other issue that they having been dealing with and they just want it fixed, we inevitably find a grossly misconfigured piece of technology.
