Sales Consultant/Account Manager
eResources ITonDemand is looking for highly motivated sales consultants to help build upon the success of our core service offering and manage existing valuable client relationships. Qualified individuals need to have excellent communication skills, be familiar with basic technology concepts, demonstrate an ability to quickly build rapport with individuals in a business relationship, and have a strong grasp of marketing concepts and ideas.
Some of the basic responsibilities include:
- Developing leads and acquiring new clients for ITonDemand core service offerings.
- Working with management to develop a strong strategy for selling IT Services and Products to current and prospective clients.
- Developing ideas, materials and methods for marketing products and services to existing and new clients.
- Maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through a proactive approach of review and response to client inquiries and issues, while working with other ITonDemand elements to ensure proper solutions for client needs.
Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:
- Have a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and be willing to travel in, and around, the Baltimore and DC Metropolitan area.
- Have some prior sales experience.
- Must be detail oriented and extremely organized.
- Must submit a writing sample with your cover letter and resume.
