Last week, Apple announced preorders for the much anticipated new iPad (Note: Though we thought the product would be called iPad 3, Apple is just coining this as the release of the "new iPad")!!! The product is scheduled for release on March 16th. The new iPad will provide sharper images, have an optimized camera – including video and stabilization, voice dictation, and Personal Hotspot capabilities. The 16 GB base model will enter the market at $499. As the new iPad hits the market, Apple's iPad 2 will drop in price, starting at $399. Due to an overwhelming demand for the new iPad, those who have preordered the product should expect a delayed arrival. Once again, demand has exceeded supply!
