Who is eligible for the Loyal-T Customer Referral Program?

Any customer currently under one of our Automation support plans.  For more detail about our plans, please check out our service offering.

How Much will my reward be?

Reward are based on the size of the company that you refer.  Below is a table that outlines how this works:

How will ITonDemand handle inquiries from the person I refer?

We understand your colleagues are important to you and will ensure that we answer all their questions and provide them with the highest level of  customer satisfaction.

What information do we need from your referral in order to give you your reward?

There are two ways you can refer someone to ITonDemand.

The first method is to simply provide us with the company name and the key contacts that you feel we should talk to and we will request a meeting to take the next steps.

If that method is not comfortable for you, you can send an email to your colleague that contains a link back to a page that they can fill out if they are interested.  This email has a preconfigured body (which you can change in any way you want), and comes as an email directly from you.

Either method is fine with us, the main point is to make sure that you get the credit.

If the business I refer signs up for your ITonDemand's Automation services, when will I receive my reward?

The matrices above outline the rewards.  So for example, if someone you refer signs up at the beginning of next month, and you prefer the block hours, you would receive your bonus block the first of the following month. 

If you would rather get the credit, you would receive the credit after the first full month of service that the client is with ITonDemand.  For example, if the client signs up by the beginning of next month, you would receive a credit for the following month's bill that you can apply to any open invoices.
